For the impact test of GB 713 Q345R pressure vessel steel plates, the test temperature is 0℃ and the min. impact energy of 41J. However, if the user required, Q345R plates can be done -20℃ impact test instead of 0℃ impact test, and the impact energy should not be lower than 41J.
